I started my hotel career in 1998 in Gujrat. Presently I am working as an executive chef in Peerless Inn, Kolkata. After passing B.A. in Psychology Hons. from Ranchi University, I went ahead to achieve my diploma in Food Production from National Institute of Science and Management, Chennai in 2002. During my nine years in the hotel industry, I have worked in Jaypee Palace Hotel, Agra to Intercontinental the Grand Resort, Goa, Express Hotel & Resort, Jamnagar, Fortune Hotel of ITC Group, Radisson White Sands Resort, Goa, Goldfinch Boutique Hotel & Resturant etc.
